Stewardship Day allows for you to spend time outdoors at The Reserve Headquarters helping with various on site projects in a safe way. Stewardship efforts include assisting in maintaining healthy ecosystems through eliminating weeds, up-keeping The Reserve's native garden, and assisting with grounds care tasks.
Interpretation Level: Low Difficulty Level: Moderate Ages: 10 and up. A minimum of one adult (18 years or older) must remain with the household in the entirety of the of assigned time slot.
IMPORTANT registration and safety precautions:
-To adhere to current COVID guidelines and to better ensure safety for participants, Stewardship Day will be scheduled with staggered start times.
-Each registration is limited to one household (up to 5 members per household). All participants per registration must reside in the same household.
-Time slots are 1 1/2 hours each with time to sanitize tools.
-Tools will be provide however participants must bring their own gloves.
-Masks are required for check in and check out however can be removed if a participant is around their own household members.
