Certified teacher Dale Eisenberg will guide you through traditional standing poses, breathing exercises and meditation practice. This class is currently being featured in the pole barn, which is an open-air, covered area with a paved floor. Oak trees, sycamore trees, and mountains in the foresight provide a peaceful nature setting.
Interpretation Level: Minimal Difficulty Level: Easy - Moderate Ages: 18 and up
IMPORTANT Registration and Safety Precautions: - Masks/face coverings required to have with you all times and must be worn if within 6 feet of others who are not in the same household. No mesh masks.
- Physical distancing of at least 6 feet must be maintained from those not in the same household.
- Participants must sign a release waiver.
